Agency Rebrand

Led the rebrand of an agency, elevating its brand recognisability as a creative force in a traditional industry, resulting in 83.2% increase in organic search traffic sessions on the website.

I led the company through workshops that helped distil their core attributes and aims. I also interviewed employees to form an understanding of the employer brand and, worked with Account Managers to collated client feedback, creating a holistic picture of the brand.
